| Ashley Thayer received a B.F.A. from The School of Visual Arts and an M.F.A. from Columbia University in New York, NY. Her photography is held in several art collections including the Saatchi Gallery in London, the Chicago Art Institute, and The Museum of the City of New York. Her artwork has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in the U.S., London, and Japan. She has served as an adjunct professor (of photography) for six years at The New York Institute of Photography, three years at New York University, and two years at Columbia University. Ashley's artwork also includes film and performance. |
